Cake Pisang (Banana Cake)

 
 
 
 
 
 
Ini resipi kek kegemaran saya

150gm butter
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 3/4 cups raising flour
vanilla essence

Method

cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time,
beating well between each addition, beat in mashed
banana, sift flour and fold into the mixture, pour into
prepared tray and bake at 180deg until firm.
