Makan malam, kadang-kadang tukar selera, kesian suami saya asyik makan nasi
jemu agak nye dia, malam ini kita masak chops, selalu nya saya masak chops
begini saja, senang sangat, ini recipe nye

Lamb Chops

6 lamb chop
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (kalau tak ada boleh pakai yang di jual kat supermarket)
2 cloves garlic ( crushed)
salt and pepper to taste ( saya lebih kan lada hitam)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoon olive oil

Crush up the rosemary. place in a bowl along with
the lamb. Add the garlic and olive oil and allow to marinate
for 2 to 3 hours or longer if you wish. Grill the meat under high
heat for about 5 minutes a side or longer to your taste. Splash with lemon juice
salt, pepper, and serve hot.

Serve with tomatoes, grill pumpkin and green salad.

p/s: Most people prefer lamb when it's medium-rare or
medium , but lamb is also delicious to cooked well done.
