Grape Jam

 
Bila grapes dah banyak bergini, penat lah kalau nak
makan semua, supaya tidak membazir, kerana
dia tidak tahan lama kalau di simpan, (walau pun
di simpan di dalam peti sejuk) jadi auntie buat kan jam
ini rupa nya jam grapes auntie......





Cara membuat Grape Jam

500 g grapes
1.5 cup sugar
1 packet of jam setter (Jam setter is optional, this additional depend
on water content in the fruits.

Place grapes in a pan, and crush with potato masher,
bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes,stirring regularly,
add sugar and simmer for futher 20 minutes, or until jam
sufficiently thickened.

To test
Remove 1 tsp of liquid from the jam, and place on the plate
and allow to cool, If a skin forms and jam holds it shape it is ready.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
