Meatballs

 
 
Hari ini auntie buat meatball, kerana nak habis kan
mince meat dalam freezer tu, selepas di masak berbagai2
dengan mince meat, teringat pulak meatballs ni,
sedap juga jika di makan bersama dengan chili sauce
di buat lauk sampingan.












Ingredients

750 gms fine minced meat
1 medium onion-finely chopped
1cloves galic-crushed
3 cm piece fresh ginger-finely grated
1 fresh red or green chilli-seeded and finely chopped
3 tbsps chopped fresh corriander or mint
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala

Method

Meatballs

1) Mix the minced meat thoroughly with all the other
ingredients.

2) Shaped into balls.


Note:

Meatballs can also be served with gravy instead
of fried,
