Asalamualaikum kawan2 fp, apa kabar semua, harap semua nya sihat2 dan beri
Allah kesihatan yang baik, bagi auntie alhamdulliah, sihat, dan masih aktif di sini
tetapi secara senyap2 melawat page kawan2 dan sifu2 masakan, untuk melihat recipe2
baru, dan lama, dan juga melihat aktiviti mereka.
Ya kawan2 kali ini auntie muat kan sejenis masakan ala chinese,masakan ini menjadi kegemaran kami sekeluarga, (suami pun suka) my daughter Shasha yg sedikit sebanyak telah mengambil alih tugas di dapur sekarang ini, dan ini ada lah hasil
air tangan nya








Ini resepi Hor Fun ya (Shasha dapat dari internet tapi dia tak ingat website mana)

1 small packet of Hor Fun (rolled rice noodle)
1 small pc of chicken breast (sliced thinly & marinate with corn starch and oyster sauce) but shasha used some beef instead. tastes better.
10 medium shrimp
1 bunch green (sawi or kailan)
2 cloves garlic
3 cup chicken stock/water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg - lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
corn starch to thicken sauce

Method:
1) Steam or soften noodles. Put a tbsp of oil and fry noodle with soy souce until warm
and brownish. set aside.
2) In the same pan put oil and fry the garlic until brown. Add in chicken/beef, strir fry for
1 min. add water/stock, then add in oyster sauce, soy sauce and bring it to boil.
3) Add in green and shrimp. Continue to cook for 2 mins . Add in cornstarch to the
thickness desired. Bring to boil.
4) Turn of heat and stir in beaten egg. Gently stir to cook egg.
5) Dish gravy over fried noodle. Serve with pickled chillies .
